| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产对于人类的生存与发展具有独特的价值与意义。在我国,"非物质文化遗产"这个新概念名词已愈来愈被人们所熟悉,有关非物质文化遗产的保护和利用正成为文化界的热门话题。但是当前非物质文化遗产保护存在诸多问题,现状不容乐观。我们在非物质文化遗产保护和利用中应遵循"以人为本、活态传承、合理利用"等原则,才有利于非物质文化遗产的保护和利用。

| Abstract: | The intangible cultural heritage has a unique value and significance for human survival and development.In China,the concept of the intangible cultural heritage has been known by more and more people,thus making its protection and utilization a hot topic in the cultural field.Nevertheless,there exist quite a few problems in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage,which makes the situation not encouraging.Therefore,for better protection and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage,principles such as "People First","Living Transmission" and "Rational Use" should be observed. |
