| 摘 要： | Alma是支持全谱系、全流程管理的图书馆统一资源管理系统,其在架报告功能为文献清点提供了实现路径。北京师范大学图书馆基于Alma系统的在架报告功能开展了文献清点工作,解决了书目数据错误和实体图书错架等影响读者使用的问题,对核查馆藏、发现错误、优化管理、改善服务起到了显著作用,进一步深化了系统运用,提高了馆藏管理数据化、科学化、规范化水平。

| Abstract: | Alma, as a unified resource management system for libraries, supports full-spectrum and full-flow management. Its on-shelf reporting function provides a path for document inventory. Based on the on-shelf reporting function of Alma system, the Library of Beijing Normal University has carried out the literature inventory work, searched for books with problems according to the operating results, solved problems affecting the use of readers such as bibliographic data errors and books dislocation, which plays a significant role in the inventory of collections, discovery of mistakes, optimization of management and improvement of services, further deepens the application of the system, and improves the datamation, scientific and standardized level of collection management. |
