| 摘 要： | 《文讯》由国民党文工会创办于1983年,27年来历经国民党威权体制到多元开放、党办到民营、合并到独立的艰辛,是台湾现存最重要的文学期刊之一。《文讯》初期承担一定的文宣和文化统制任务,后期在政党/民间的角色转变中,以文化建设为本位,超越党派意识形态,团结各族群和蓝绿作家学者,以教育和宣传为手段,凝聚台湾文坛的积极认同和集体意志,赢得广泛支持称道,担当了文化建设的推手,客观上获取文化界认可的＂文化领导权＂。它的文化领导权的确立见证了传播机制的变化,也呈现由执行、鼓吹、统制（党内）——自愿、进谏、推动（＂民间＂）的嬗变。文化建设与统制是文化领导权实践的一体两面。

| Abstract: | WEN HSUN,with the first issue in 1983 by the Cultural Committee of KMT,has gone through a lot of hardships from authoritative system of KMT to plural openness,from being party-run to being privately-owned,and from being merged to being independent.Now,it is one of the most important literature journals in Taiwan.At the beginning of its issue,WEN HSUN undertook the tasks of culture propaganda and culture control,and later,in the process of roles changing from serving the party to serving the folk,it has taken culture construction as essence,surpassed party ideology,and united many writers and scholars from different social ranks,including the blue and the green political camps.As a means of education and propaganda,WEN HSUN has condensed positive identification and collective wills of the Taiwan literature world,and won wide support and praise.As a driving force of culture construction,WEN HSUN has been objectively granted with ＂culture hegemony＂ by the culture world.The establishment of culture hegemony of WEN HSUN has witnessed the changes of propaganda mechanism and presented the evolutionary process from executing,to advocating and to controlling within the party,or from volunteering,to expostulating,and to promoting within the folk.Culture construction and culture control are the two sides of the practice of culture hegemony. |
