| 摘 要： | 根据国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）精神,提出新建地方本科院校应实施应用型本科教育,应用型人才培养的思路是要人才培养面向地方,明确人才培养规格和突出实践教学环节。结合实施＂质量工程＂,提出应用型人才培养应采取确立正确的教育观念,创新人才培养模式,加大课程建设和改革力度,突出实践能力培养和加强学术性与＂双师型＂兼备的师资队伍建设等措施。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the Guidelines of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development,this paper proposes that applied undergraduate education should be implemented in newly-founded local undergraduate colleges and universities.Cultivating talents with applied competence is aimed to satisfy the needs of the local area,define the norms of personnel training and highlight practical teaching steps.Combined with the implementation of ＂Quality Project＂,some measures are put forward to practice the training of application-oriented talents,i.e.establishing right educational concept,innovating the pattern of personnel training,intensifying curriculum construction and reform,highlighting practical competence training and strengthening the construction of teaching staff with academic nature and double qualities. |
