| 摘 要： | 要使文化素质教育更深入更有效 ,必须确立起全人教育理念。当前的大学文化素质教育 ,由于离开大学生整体素质的培养 ,孤立地、局部地进行文化素质教育 ,实践效果欠佳。全人教育理念是对大学教育特别是大学文化素质教育的正确定位 ,是教育者对教育的理想追求 ,它强调的是在文化教养、专业水平和综合素质等方面培养完全的相对完善和完美的人。在全人教育理念与素质教育观的指导下 ,教化、示范、养成是深入开展文化素质教育的基本途径。

| Abstract: | From the author's point of view, deep and effective cultural quality education could be achieved by establishing an idea of whole\|man education. First, this paper pointed out that the original intention of strengthening cultural quality education is to adjust the educational goal and to make up the cultural quality for students. Second, by way of examining the practical situation, it considered that cultural quality education, which was isolatedly conducted without cultivation of all quality would lead to unsatisfactory practice. Based on the above, this paper discusses that the idea of whole\|man education is a correct positioning for university cultural quality education, the pursuit of a educator to educational ideal, emphasizing on the cultivation of comparatively perfect human beings in the field of culture, profession and comprehensive qualities. At last, this paper discussed that under the instruction of idea of whole\|man education and quality education concepts, the basic ways to cultural quality education are moralization, instruction and cultivation. |
