| Abstract: | From the perspectives of rational cognition of music and aesthetic evaluation of music, this article aims to reveal the fact that the cultivation of rational cognition is important in music comprehension and appreciation. It is argued that rational cognition is the essential basis for aesthetic evaluation, which is also applicable in appreciation of other artistic forms in general. |
