| 摘 要： | 当前我国东西部高等教育发展在接受高等教育的机会和质量上存在明显差距 ,造成这种后果的原因是多方面的 ,其中有教育决策方面的现实原因。其背后的认识根源则是对“教育受制于经济”的片面强调 ,从而导致仅关注“为了社会的教育体系”,缺乏对现代社会应该成为“为了教育的社会”内涵的理解

| Abstract: | There exists a distinguished imbalance and disparity between the East and the West China in the opportunity and quality of receiving higher education. There are many reasons, including the practical reason of educational policy\|making. The cognitive reason is the unilateral emphasis that "Education is restricted to economy", which cause the only attention to "the educational system for society" and misunderstanding to the connotation of "society for education" in modern society. |
