| Abstract: | After nineteen nineties, the development of China's min ban higher education is imbalance due to the imbalanc of regional economy, culture and public higher education as well as discrepancy of regional policies. Regional advantages should be taken to establish efficient quality guarantee system and strive for reasonable cost sharing to realize the sustainable development of min ban higher education institutes. |
