| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的第一要义是发展,它对加快发展的本质要求进行了新的揭示,即要进一步深化对现代化建设规律的认识,自觉把握和运用现代化建设的规律,以新的理念指导新的发展,以新的思维谋求新的发展,以新的举措促进新的发展。科学发展观是全面、协调、可持续的发展观,是中国共产党人在社会主义现代化建设条件下,对马克思主义唯物辩证法的新运用。践行科学发展观要正确把握和处理好发展的平衡和不平衡的关系、当前发展和长远发展的关系、局部利益和全局利益的关系、政府主导与市场主体关系。
