| 摘 要： | 在建设世界一流大学的过程中,我国自新中国成立以来,走过的是一条并不平坦的曲折之路.就是今天,我们在面对顶尖学者少、顶级成果少和国际化程度不高等客观差距面前,却依然缺乏深度的理性分析,出现了追求大而全、沽名钓誉和短平快的主观偏差与建设误区,严重地影响着我国世界一流大学的建设.针对当前现状,应从试办特区大学、优化学术环境和强化国际交流三方面构建其施行方略.

| Abstract: | In the constructing of the first-class universitiy in the world,China has wound a long distance since its foundation in 1949.Today,confronted with the reality of the shortage of top-level scholars and scientific achievements,and the situation of lower internationalization,some Chinese educational institutions are chasing for the promotion of constructing the global top universities in a all-round way,which is fishing for the fame and compliments,resulting in a hindrance to university-building.In the light of this situation,the paper proposes three strategies: constructing universities in special zones,opitimizing academic environment,and promoting international communication. |
