| Abstract: | Using the method of comparison, the current situation of national legislation was investigated on the representative of the privacy public figures, and the legislative and judicial status of the right to privacy of public figures was summarized in China. The author analyzed the existing problems on our country pri- vacy adjustment system, and proposed suggestions for protecting the legislation of privacy rights. |
