实践-意义取向的教师专业发展

摘    要:实践-意义取向的教师专业发展是以实践为取向,以意义为单元探索教师专业发展的一个尝试。意义总是在人与事物或他人的联系中显现的。使人与事物或他人相联系的,正是人的能动的实践。人通过实践所实现的正是对意义的理解、追求和创造。实现教育的意义是教师的使命。以提示教师对教育的意义、对自己所授学科的教育意义、对自己正在教授的内容在整个知识体系中的位置与联系及其教育意义、对怎样使教育意义在自己的学生身上得到实现都具有清醒的意识,作为教师在教育教学活动中理解和实现教育意义的思维策略,实践-意义取向以意义的追求在教师日常教育教学实践过程中实现着教师专业发展。

Abstract:The teachers' professional development with the practice-meaning-based orientation refers to teachers' professional development with practice as its orientation and with meaning as its unit. Meaning always demonstrates itself in the relations between human beings and things or other people, and it is exactly human beings' dynamic practice that links human beings with things or other people. By means of practice, human beings realize the understanding, pursuit and creation of meaning. It is teacher's mission to realize the meaning of education. Teachers should be clearly aware of the meaning of education, the educational meaning of the target subject, the position and links of the teaching contents in the whole knowledge system and the ways to help students realize the educational meaning in their behaviors, thus forming the thinking strategy for teachers to understand and implement the meaning of education. Teachers' professional development with the practice-meaning-based orientation is aimed at changing teachers' professional way of life and realize their professional development in the practice of daily teaching.
