| 摘 要： | "版权先行"是全国文化信息资源共享工程在其资源建设与服务中坚持的原则之一.文章从全国文化信息资源共享工程资源建设与服务的实践出发,分析了"版权先行"原则的确立过程,归纳了"版权先行"原则的主要实践,并对今后的版权工作提出了一些设想.
