| 摘 要： | 风险资本市场是自主创新与金融创新融合的结果。自主创新发展高科技已成为我国调整产业结构和转变经济增长方式的一个中心环节,打造自主创新的风险投资机制,建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、政府资助和社会闲置资本为主体的风险资本市场,是实现我国企业自主创新、“十一五”规划的重要手段。风险资本市场在发达国家已趋于完善,在我国尚处于开发、完善阶段,打造我国的风险资本市场将是提升我国综合竞争能力的关键。

| Abstract: | Venture capital market results from the combination of self-innovation and financial innovation.Self-innovation and developing high technology have become a central part of our country's adjusting industrial structure and transforming economic increasing manner.It's an important method to realize enterprises' self-innovation and the 11th five-year plan by building the venture investment system of self-innovation and establishing the venture capital market which makes enterprises the main part,directs by market,subsidizes by government and invests by social idling capitals.Venture capital market of developed country has become perfect,however,it is still the stage of developing in our country.It is the key point to improve our country's comprehensive competitive strength by constructing the venture capital market. |
