摘    要:个人知识理论是后现代主义的知识观,它的提出使我们找到了目前教师教育流于形式、实效性差的原因。教师个人知识是其专业发展的基点,个人知识管理则是实现教师专业发展的具体途径。

Abstract:According to the post-modern philosophy of knowledge,every teacher has his/her own understanding on education that is called personal knowledge system. How teachers manage their personal knowledge system will make great effect on their professional development. The author not only analyzes the characteristics of such kind of knowledge system,but also gives suggestions to teachers on how to manage it.
