| Abstract: | According to the post-modern philosophy of knowledge,every teacher has his/her own understanding on education that is called personal knowledge system. How teachers manage their personal knowledge system will make great effect on their professional development. The author not only analyzes the characteristics of such kind of knowledge system,but also gives suggestions to teachers on how to manage it. |
