| 摘 要： | 在新的发展条件下,高校人事档案具有更明确的现实性、动态性和资政性等待征,对高校人事档案工作提出了更高的要求。本文通过对目前高校人事档案管理存在的问题的分析,提出对高校人事档案信息资源开发利用的一些建议,指出高校管理工作中,提高其管理效能,实现更好的管理方式和利用方式,会对高校管理工作产生积极的影响。让高校职工的工作积极性更高,岗位设置更合理,所以,加快高校人事档案制度的改革势在必行。

| Abstract: | The personnel files in universities and colleges represents explicit,realistic,dynamic and consultive quality.This article first presents university personnel file management problems,then puts forward suggestions of college personnel archives information resources development and utilization,and finally points out that university management mode of efficient utilization will have a positive impact on university staff in enthusiasm owe to more reasonable post setting. |
