| 摘 要： | 在对哈尔滨市水资源进行供需分析的基础上,结合各地用水定额、人口数量、国民生产总值等预测了哈尔滨市各行政规划区,2010—2030年水资源的供需变化情况,并根据预测结果从工程、经济、政策、科技等方面给出了相关的政策建议。
