| Abstract: | It is estimated that more than half of the total foreign investment absorbed by China is from overseas Chinese businessmen. While investing in China, overseas Chinese businessmen should analyze and pay full attention to relative laws and regulations of China, lay emphasis on the investment orientation, make a good choice about investment regions and handle the submitted disputes properly. Meanwhile, they should not ignore the protection of intellectual property right. |
