| 摘 要： | 文化管理体制改革相比体育体制改革有更多成熟的理论与实践经验,本着"他山之石,可以攻玉"的精神,在深入研究文化管理体制改革的基础上,通过实践和理论的分析、比较,从中得出一些对体育体制改革有益的启示,并就此提出几点建议供相关决策部门参考。

| Abstract: | Compared with reform in sports management system,reform in culture management system had accumulated more experience in both theory and practice.Based on in-depth research of culture management system reform,some enlightenment to sports management system was gained through analysis and comparison in theory and practice.Meanwhile,several suggestions for reference to relevant authorities were put forward. |
