| 摘 要： | 在2005年国家体育总局开展的全国体育系统人才状况调研数据成果进行综合开发及利用的基础上,通过文献查阅、走访调研和数据的统计分析,力图比较全面深入地分析我国体育系统体育人才资源现状．探讨如何合理开发体育人才资源,加强体育人才队伍的建设,为落实国家体育总局“十一五”体育人才队伍建设规划提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The study is on the basis studying the whole nation sports system talented person situation carrying out in State General Administration of Sport in 2005 originally surveying achievement.by the document,investigation and analyses author try to analyze the state of out country sports system sports resources of human talents,discuss the measure to develope sports resources of human talents rationally and reinforce the construction of sports talented person team.The study provided theory basis for sports talented person team construction plans of State General Administration of Sport"the eleventh five". |
