| 摘 要： | 公务员道德的主流应予以肯定,但是道德失范现象仍然比较严重。主要原因在于内在约束力的弱化和外在约束机制的缺位。强化公务员道德调控机制,要不断提高公务员的自律能力,同时注重制度建设,构建合理机制,充分发挥外在约束力的作用。

| Abstract: | The mainstream civil servant morality is better,but moral irregulation is a little more serious.The main reasons are the weakness of self-discipline and shortage of the external regulation.Strengthening the regulation of civil servant morality,promoting the self-discipline of civil servant,attaching importance to construction of system,constructing the relevant system and exerting the function of external regulation are the better way to improve the moral regulation of civil servant. |
