摘    要:教师权威是教师有效进行教育教学的重要因素。传统教师权威抑制了教师和学生的创新精神。教师权威在发展变化中面临新的机遇和挑战。基于新课程的实施,反思教师权威,有利于重建教师权威新理念,发展教师权威,促进教师发展。

Abstract:Teacher's authority is an important factor, which the teacher effectively carries on education and teaching. The traditional teacher's authority has suppressed the initiative spirit of the teacher and students as well. Teacher's authority is facing new opportunity and challenge among the developments and changes. On the basis of implementing new courses, reviewing teacher's authority helps to rebuild the new concept of teacher's authority, develop teacher's authority and promote teacher's development.
