| 摘 要： | 改革国有企业就要从改革国有企业体制上入手，首要的是必须从产权这个根本问题入手，即必须建立现代产权制度。而国企产权结构多元化则是现代产权制度的一个重要内容。国企产权结构必须朝着多元化发展，同时要有可行的途径和构建优化产权制度。

| Abstract: | Reform of State - owned enterprises should be started from reforming structural system, with the focus placed, in the first pace, on the property rights - - a radical aspect in this regard. In other words, an up - to - date system of property rights should be implemented . In this connection , the diversification of structure of property rights constitutes an important aspect of an up-to-date property rights system. The latter must develop in a diversified manner by applying feasible approaches and optimized system of property rights. |
