| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员在学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作中要坚持＂两面三点＂,使学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作上台阶、上水平、上档次,达到教育育人、管理育人。辅导员以改革创新为动力,在依＂势、术、法＂构建的学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作平台上,挥动着＂奖和罚＂这两面旗帜,履行好辅导员的职责,完成为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人神圣使命。

| Abstract: | Instructors in higher vocational colleges should stick to "two aspects and three points" in students’ daily ideological and political education and management work,so that students’ daily ideological and political education and management work can reach a new stage,a new level and a new grade to achieve the goal of educating students by education and management.With the power of reform innovation,instructors should fling the two banners of award and punishment on the platform of students’ daily ideological and political education and management work constructed by "force,skill and method".They should fulfill instructors’ responsibility for accomplish the sacred mission of training eligible constructers and dependable successors for the career of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
