| 摘 要： | 文章调研了美国、加拿大、英国、德国、澳大利亚等国家的文献传递服务中的版权解决方案，介绍了国际组织关于这一问题的立场。根据文献传递过程中的知识产权风险，为我国的文献传递版权问题的解决提出了建议。

Based on the intellectual property risk in the procession of document delivery, it puts some measures for circumventing the possible infringement. |
