| 摘 要： | 私欲可能导致腐败 ,人类社会还未超越私欲与腐败的历史阶段。腐败控制的关键在于如何控制私欲 ,控制的对策措施有三个方面 :一是加强道德教育 ,使人自觉抵制私欲的诱惑 ;二是加强对权力的制约 ,减少以滥用权力的手段满足私欲的机会 ;三是加大对腐败的惩治 ,威慑私欲引发的非份之念。

| Abstract: | It's possible that selfish desire leads to the action of corruption while the human being society hasn't gone beyond the historical period of selfish desire and corruption.To the control of corruption,the most important strategem is to control selfish desire in the following three strategeic ways:the first is the improvement of moral education,which resists the lure of selfish desire conscientiously;the second is enforcement of the restrict of public powers to reduce the opportunity of obusing public powers for one's selfish desire;the third is the performance of stricter penalties to corruption,which intimidates the thought of one's selfish desire. |
