摘    要:安徽省是动漫职业教育大省,但近年来发展面临前所未有的挑战。要深刻认识安徽高职动漫教育的当下境遇,从实际出发,探索安徽高职动漫教育良性发展的对策:解放思想,创新动漫人才培养模式;深化校企合作,促进动漫教育与动漫产业的无缝衔接;引进高水平动漫人才,形成较为科学的师资梯队;搭建科学的课程平台,推行"工作室制"教学模式改革;优化资源组合,提高动漫实训设施使用率与管理水平。

Abstract:Anhui, one of the major comic and animation education provinces in China, is facing unprecedented challenges in development. We should be cognizant of the current situation of comic and animation education in Anhui. Decision makers should realistically explore the countermeasures to the sound development of comic and animation education in Anhui higher vocational colleges: they must emancipate their mind to create new cultivating models; they must promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises to promote seamless connection between comic and animation education and the relevant industry; they should introduce high-level talents to form scientific teaching groups; they must build scientific course platforms to practice the “working studio” teaching model; they need to optimize resources so as to improve the usage ratio and management level of the equipment for comic and animation practical training.
