| 摘 要： | 根据现阶段跳远运动现状,运用文献资料和数理统计的研究方法,对助跑速度、节奏、速度利用率以及起跳过程中的着地、缓冲、蹬伸、重心移动的扇面等方面进行分析,找出影响跳远成绩的一些因素。
