| 摘 要： | 公的行目的因为具有内含性，故而常为人们所忽略。事实上，行目的对公的撰写起着关键的作用。它像准绳一样制约着公写作的选材、结构、语言表达等各个方面。只有充分把握住行目的，公才能写得有的放矢，其影响客观实际的社会功用才能得到最大限度的发挥。行目的如此之重要，以至于它成为公主旨的一部分。

| Abstract: | The Writing Purpose of an official document is often neglected because of its implication. Actually, it is critical. It acts as a criterion which restricts the official document writing in every aspect, such as materials selecting, structure organizing, Linguistic expressing, etc. Only when the writing purpose is held tightly, an official document can be given an object in view, and also its social function to influence objective reality can be brought into full play. The writing purpose is so important that it has been a part of the gist of the official document. |
