| 摘 要： | 内蒙古县域经济基数大,作为国民经济的基础,对内蒙古经济的整体提升以及人民生活水平的提高有着重要影响。近年来,内蒙古县域经济基本竞争力明显增强,发展速度居西部地区之首,县域经济对自治区经济的贡献率较大,特别是自治区百强县已成为经济发展的重要增长极。但是由于东西部发展不平衡、产业结构不够优化,导致内蒙古县域工业经济规模小、产业层次较低。因此,内蒙古的县域经济应把特色经济作为发展的基本方略,倡导特色经济、差异经济、多样化经济,突出区域特色,充分发挥比较优势,走出一条适合本地实际的可持续发展道路。

| Abstract: | As the foundation of national economy, county-level economy in Inner Mongolia plays an important role in the economic promotion and the raise of people＇s living standard in lnner Mongolia. Recently, county-level economy in Inner Mongolia is becoming obviously more competitive and its development is the fastest in the Western territory, h has contributed much to the economy of Inner Mongolia and the hundred strong counties in the autonomous region has become an important increasing pole. However, due to the development unbalance between the East and the West and the imperfect industrial structure, countylevel industries are comparatively small in scale and poor in its level. Therefore, it is necessary for them to develop and advocate characteristic economy and various economy so as to highlight its regional characteristics and full play its advantages to walk on a suitable sustainable road. |
