| 摘 要： | 北宋范祥盐法改革改榷盐制为钞盐制，成功解决了困扰解盐的四大弊端，成为后世盐法改革的模板。而其所创的制度本身成功优化了国家和消费者两者的既得利益，达到了最优化和关键的平衡点，并且改革既适应了陕西路的小形势的需要，集钱于边地，又适应了北宋日益发展壮大的商品经济的需要。

| Abstract: | In Northern Song Dynasty,Fan Xiang's salt law reforms,which transformed Salt Market System into Bank Note System successfully resolved four main abuses and therefore became a sample of the sphere in the following generations.It not only optimized the vested interest of the nation and the consumers to reach the balancing point,but also adapted the financial need of Shanxi District that lied in the frontier,and the need of the gradually expanding of the commodity economy in the period. |
