| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述了信息产业发展对经济发展的支柱作用的基础上,说明了我国在本世纪末应把信息产业当作跨世纪工程来着重发展。分析了我国信息产业的发展现状中的制约因素后,从信息意识及信息人才、通讯产业、数据库产业和信息国际化的4个方面论述了我国信息产业发展的问题。

The development issue of information industry ia our country is described from four aspects,such as information consciousness and information qualified personnel , communication industry , data-base industry , infofmation internationalization. |
