摘    要:分析报废汽车回收与再制造产业模式,设计报废汽车回收与再制造过程信息综合追溯模型及框架系统,包括报废汽车信息追溯系统、回收与再制造过程信息管理系统、再制造工艺评价与决策系统、再制造产品信息跟踪系统等模块,利用现代的信息技术实现对汽车从整车到零部件、从生产到报废的信息化管理。

Model Design and Framework of IITS to Scrap Automobiles for Recycling and Remanufacturing

Abstract:This paper analyses the industry development pattern, designs model and framework for integrated information traceability system(IITS) for scrapped automobile recycling and remanufacturing process, including the scrap vehicle information tracing system, the recycling and remanufacturing process information management system, the remanufacturing process evaluation and decision-making system, the remanufacturing product information tracking system and the other modules. hTe IT technology has been used to undergo the whole-life information management of the vehicle and its parts to provide information support. hTe technology is helpful for the development of China's green car technology and recycling economy.
