| 摘 要： | 基于对网络环境下政府信息资源共享能力评价的意义、评价特征以及构成要素分析,从信息资源共享基础条件、共享系统建设水平、共享的组织因素三方面构建评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评价模型,并对一市级政府的信息资源共享能力进行了实证分析,从而为政府信息资源共享能力的提升提供依据.
