| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育如何更好地为社会服务,培养具有综合职业能力的、能够适应在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线工作的高素质劳动者和专门人才已经成为研究的热点问题.实施职业素质教育,对学生进行生涯设计、构建优秀的组织文化和积极开展社团活动是提升学生综合职业能力的重要途径.

| Abstract: | It is an urgent task for the vocational college to turn out students that will meet the needs of society and be capable of functioning well in such fields as production, service, technology and management. It is noted in this paper that to carry out quality education, help students to design their own life--careers, construct advanced organizational culture and engage them in various social and collective activities is an effective approach to the elevation of their comprehensive vocational competence. |
