| 摘 要： | 首次将血液流变学与超声心动图两种测试方法结合起来 ,试图通过对 38名北京体育大学不同专项(普通组、武术组、排球组、田径组 )男性大学生的安静时和力竭状态的血液粘度及心脏形态、机能指标进行研究 ,对比分析不同体育项目间的指标差异 ,寻找血液流变学与超声心动图有关指标的相关性。实验结果提示 :1 )体育大学普通大学生在一定程度上血液凝固性偏高 ,尤其对力竭性刺激血液调节能力较专项学生差 ,证明了体育运动可以在一定程度上改善血液粘滞情况 ,提高机体对运动性刺激的调节能力 ;2 )各项目间有一定差异 ,武术项目对血液粘度调节能力作用较强 ;田径项目则更有力于提高心力储备 ;3)血液流变学与超声心动图在某些指标上密切相关

| Abstract: | The methods of blood rheology and UCG were combined to use in order to study the indexes of blood viscosity, heart shape and cardiac function at rest and during exhaustion in 38 male students of different events in the Beijing University of Physical Education. The students were divided into 4 groups, the group of unspecific students, the group majoring in Wushu, the volleyball group and the track and field group. The differences of indexes in different events were compared and analyzed in order to find the relativity of blood rheology and UCG indexes. The results indicated that: 1) the blood coagulation of the unspecific students was on the high side to a certain extent. Especially, the ability of the body to regulate the blood during exhaustive sports stimulation was lower than that of the specific students. It was demonstrated that physical exercises improved blood viscosity to a certain extent and increased the ability of the body to regulate sports stimulation. 2) There existed certain differences in different events. Wushu regulated blood viscosity greatly, but track and field was in favor of the improvement of cardiac reserve. 3) There was a close correlation between some indexes of blood rheology and UCG. |
