| 摘 要： | 拓展训练是从上世纪90年代中期引入中国，最先是被众多企事业单位所接受。基于拓展训练与高校学生体育课程安排相结合的特点，在教学过程中有针对性地开展拓展训练，势必会对高校学生的身心带来好处，使大学生心理得到磨炼将来能更好地适应社会。拓展训练经过长时间的探索与发展，与传统体育教育相比有自己特点和作用。文中浅谈了拓展训练在高校体育选修课教学中的意义、学生的欢迎程度和大学生在高校体育课中如何开展拓展训练进行简要的分析。高校体育教学是高校教学的重要组成部分，也是我国体育素质发展的重要组成部分。在高校体育课程中拓展训练的内容已经达到举足轻重的位置，对于提升学生的整体素质水平具有重要意义，本文论述了素质拓展训练与高校体育教学的结合。

| Abstract: | Outward bound is introduced into China in the middle of 1990s, and it is accepted by many enterprises at the first. Based on extension of the combination of the characteristics of the sports curriculum of training and college students in the teaching process to carry out targeted development training, and bound to have college students＇ physical and mental benefits, get to hone students＇psychological future, better able to adapt to social. Expand training after a long period of exploration and development, compared with the traditional physical educa- tion has its own features and functions. Talking about the significance of the expansion of training in coUege sports in the elective course teaching in the paper, how to carry out to expand the training to carry out a brief analysis of the popularity of students and college students in the college physical education. College physical education is an important part of university teaching, an important part of the development of China~ sports quality. To expand the contents of the training has reached a pivotal position in the physical education curriculum, of great significance to improve the overall quality level of the students. This paper discusses the combination of quality development training and college physical education. |
