| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法。基于我国传统体育养生的发展状况和大众健康促进对于人类发展的重要性与必要性，结合系统论的理论方法，从理论框架的层面提出以大众健康促进为核心的传统体育养生体系构建。确立以我国大众为服务对象，以健康促进为服务目标，以传统体育养生健身方法为服务手段，以基于传统体育养生建立的服务、管理、保障系统为基本系统，形成一个相对完备、开放的服务型体系。以期更好地服务于广大群众的健康。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review and logical analysis, based on Chinese traditional sport health - preserving development condition and the public health promotion for the human development of importance and necessity, combined with the system theory method, from the theoretical framework of the level is presented to public health promotion as the core of the traditional sport health preserving system structure, this paper establi- shes China~ mass as the service object, to health promotion for the service targets, to the traditional sport health - preserving for service method, based on the traditional sport health - preserving to establish service, management, security system is the basic system, formed a relatively complete, open service system. The main purpose is to better serve the broad masses of the people＇s health. |
