| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争为主导的背景下,我国企业进行技术创新与技术标准(TITS)协同管理需要借助政府、社会中介组织、大学科研机构的力量,加强技术创新方向与技术标准方向引导,获取更多TITS咨询信息,提高技术创新研发与技术标准制定水平,从而有效提高企业技术创新效率与技术标准制定效率,使企业占据产业制高点,获取更高的市场竞争力。

Enable enterprises to occupy the commanding heights of industry, get more market competitive. |
