| 摘 要： | 生态文明是我国生态社区建设的时代背景,生态社区建设是生态文明建设的重要基石。我国新时期的生态社区建设必须以生态文明的理念为指导,构建生态文明建设与生态社区建设协同发展的机制,制定符合我国国情的生态社区建设和评价模式,将生态社区建设与我国的城市化进程有机结合,实现生态社区建设过程中资源的高度区域共享,有效创建真正符合生态文明要求的生态社区建设模式。

| Abstract: | Ecological civilization is the time background of the construction of ecological community, and it creates a powerful external environment and historic opportunity for ecological community building. Ecological community construction is an important foundation for the construction of ecological civilization, provides a solid foundation in the micro level for the realization of the ambitious goals of ecological civilization. Western countries about the ecological civilization theory research and practice mode has a larger in and out with the situation of our country, should be corrected and improved be based on the actual situation of our country. At the same time, the construction mode of ecological community in the present stage in our country still has a larger gap with the requirements of the ecological civilization, compares the ecological community construction is still not really into the category of the era of ecological civilization construction in our country, interferes with the scale and depth of the construction of ecological community development in our country. In the new period of ecological community construction in our country, therefore, must be guided by the concept of ecological civilization, make the coordination mechanism of ecological civilization construction and the development of the ecological community construction, develop the evaluation model suitable to China"s national conditions of ecological community construction, combine the process of ecological community construction and the organic combination of China"s urbanization, realize the height degree of sharing of the ecological resources during the process of community construction, creates effective ecological community building model meet the requirements of the ecological civilization |
