| 摘 要： | 我国海洋经济正处于转型升级的关键阶段。测量我国蓝色经济区的海洋经济运行效率,挖掘其运行非效率环节,有利于海洋产业结构的整合优化。采用混合DEA结构模型对蓝色经济区内11个省(区、市)的海洋经济效率进行测量,得出海洋经济效率最优的区域,并对非效率产业和区域的弱势环节进行挖掘,证实了混合结构更加符合现实中海洋生产结构。改进后的DEA模型比传统DEA模型更能准确、客观地刻画最优生产前沿面。

| Abstract: | Ocean economy is in a critical stage of transformation and upgrading. Measuring coastal blue economic efficiency, and finding out inefficient sectors and putting forward some resolutions will benefit the industrial integration and optimization of the industrial structure. Adopting mixed network DEA model on the blue economic efficiency of 11 coastal provinces, it finds out the efficient areas, the non-efficient areas and the non-efficient sectors, and it also prove the mixed DEA structure is more in line with the reality of the production structure in the marine economy. The improved DEA model is more accurate than traditional DEA model. |
