摘    要:煤矿生态建设是解决传统煤矿开采模式引发的资源浪费、环境污染、生态失衡等问题的有效途径。从物质减量与循环、污染物减排、资源利用、生态管理四个方面构建了煤矿生态建设评价的指标体系;建立了基于VIKOR方法的煤矿生态建设评价模型,并对冀中能源集团5个煤矿生态建设效果进行评价。结果表明:评价结果与煤矿生态建设的实际情况相符,建立的综合评价模型能够合理地对煤矿生态建设效果进行判断。

Abstract:Coal mine ecological construction is an effective way to solve the deep-seated problems caused by traditional production model of coal mine,such as waste of resources, environmental pollution and ecological imbalance. The paper, from four aspects,which are the material reduction and circulation, reducing pollutant emissions, resources utilization, ecological management, constructs the index system of evaluation of coal mine ecological construction. The paper also establishes the mine ecological construction evaluation model based on VIKOR method, and evaluates 5 coal mines on ecological construction of Jizhong energy group. The result shows that the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation of coal mine ecological construction, and the comprehensive evaluation model can judge the effect of the coal mine ecological construction reasonably.
