| 摘 要： | 我国高校扩招后,毕业人数逐年增加,各高校都面临着很大的就业压力,面对严峻的就业形势,鼓励大学生自主创业,以创业带动就业,让更多的毕业生以自主创业的形式迈向社会是十分必要的,但现阶段大学生自主创业还存在种种问题,如何化解这些问题,帮助大学生顺利创业是本文重点探讨的问题。
