| 摘 要： | 本文用定点跟踪扫描摄影法，在１９９３年１１月温州举行的浙江省第８届大学生运动会现场拍摄第２届全国大学生田径锦标赛３枚金牌、１枚银牌获得者陈继红的女子三级跳远三跳起跳技术影片，在ＳＴＫ录像分析系统进行影片数字化处理，对解析后的技术参数应用生物力学原理和数学方法进行分析，并与国内优秀男、女三级跳远选手的技术参数进行对比，寻找三跳技术的内在规律和技术关键，以设计女子三级跳远技术的最优化训练．

| Abstract: | Using on-point scanning technique,this paper has recorded the technique of triple jump of the female athlete Chen Jihong,who won three gold medals and one silver medal in the 2nd China National Track and Field Championships for University students, at the 8th Zhejiang University Students Games in Wenzhou in Nov. 1993. After the data was digitalized in the STK video analysing system,the authors analysed her technique using sports biomechanical and mathematical theories,and compared her technique with techniques of excellent male and female athletes in China to study the internal mechanism of triple jump and look for the best training methods for female triple jumpers. |
