| 摘 要： | ":校本课程"实施,是本次课程改革的一个重要突破口,体现了教育的本质需求。课程改革十年",校本课程"既取得了显著成果,也遭遇到空前挑战。其间原因错综复杂,而校本课程内蕴的多元课程文化与当前教育体制、学校管理一元文化之间的冲突,校本课程的专业自主文化与当前预设、执行的教师专业文化之间的冲突是极为重要的原因。通过课程改革促进学校变革固然具有一定的合理性,但由课程改革激起的新课程与学校原有制度的冲突长期得不到解决,即教育体制、学校制度不进行符合新课程要求的改革,校本课程将难以为继,"新课程"还将退回原有的课程状态,以维持系统的平衡。

| Abstract: | It is an important breakthrough of the curriculum reform that school-based curriculum is having been implemented,and which embodies the essence of educational need.For the decade of the reform,school-based curriculum development have not only achieved remarkable results,but also encountered unprecedented challenges.One of the complex reasons is extremely important that school-based curriculum that contains intrinsic muticulture conflicts with the current education system and the unified culture of school management,and the professional culture of the school-based curriculum with the scheduled and followed culture of the teachers’ specialization.It is certainly reasonabl that we may promote school reform by curriculum reform at the beginning,but the conflict of the new curriculum with the school the previous system inspired by the curriculum reform can not be resolved continuously,that is to say the education system and the school system do not coordinate with the requirements of the new curriculum reform,school-based curriculum must be discontiniuous,"The new curriculum" will be returned to the original course in order to maintain the balance of the system. |
