| 摘 要： | 在分析图书馆知识转移及其咨询团队概念基础上,从咨询馆员与咨询团队间、咨询馆员间、读者与咨询团队间以及咨询馆员与读者间四方面剖析图书馆咨询团队知识转移运行激励机制障碍,相应地构建出咨询团队激励、咨询馆员激励和读者激励机制,进而激发图书馆咨询团队活力,最大限度、最有效地满足读者的知识吸收需求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses library of knowledge transfer and its consulting team of the concept,between librarian and consulting team,librarians,readers and consulting team,librarians and readers in four areas analyzing library consulting team knowledge transfer to incentive barriers,and pointing out consulting team incentive,librarians incentive and readers incentive,and stimulating the vitality of library consulting team,to maximize the most effective way to meet the needs of the readers knowledge absorption. |
