| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代,形成于特殊时代背景下的雷锋精神,具有一定的历史必然性。在雷锋精神的形成、发展过程中,周恩来是拨动历史脉搏的关键人物,在整个学雷锋活动中发挥了极为重要的作用。他不仅高度认同雷锋的精神风范,而且在中央领导人中首先概括提炼出雷锋精神,深刻阐释了雷锋精神的丰富内涵,并以实际行动自觉践行雷锋精神,为我们提供了宝贵的经验和良好的范式。

| Abstract: | In the 1960 s,Lei Feng＇s spirit,formed in a special historical background,has some historical inevitability. In the formation and development of Lei Feng＇s spirit,Zhou Enlai has been a key figure and has played a paramount role in the entire learning-from-Lei Feng campaign. He not only approved of Lei Feng＇s spirit but also took the lead to outline Lei Feng＇s spirit among leaders of the central authority,profoundly illustrating the rich connotation of Lei Feng＇s spirit and consciously practicing his spirit in concrete behavior,thus having provided us with valuable experience and good paradigms. |
