摘    要:在全球化的市场经济条件下,人力资源已经成为企业重要的核心竞争力,而关键人才的作用更是举足轻重,日益成为企业竞争优势的基础,留住关键人才且真正发挥他们的作用,需要以人为本对关键人才进行系统有序的经营。

Abstract:Under the condition of globalized market economy,human resources have already become the core competitive power of an enterprise,and the role of the key personnel is of more importance.It is necessary to take human as foundation and manage the key personnel systematically and orderly,if we want to ask them to stay and bring them into full play.
