| 摘 要： | 文章提出了在网上答疑系统中实现互动式答疑的观点，即答疑活动应该做到三个互动：问答互动、评价互动和激励互动。基于这三个互动构思了它在系统中实现的策略和方式，并将其融入到功能设计中，最后规划出系统所需的数据。

| Abstract: | This thesis provides an interactive Q＆A system online which includes three interactions： interaction of questioning and answering, interaction of evaluating and interaction of prompting. Based on the three interactions, the thesis constructs their implementation strategy and approach into the system, integrates the interactions to the function design, and marks out data needed by the system. |
