| 摘 要： | 近年来,农村职业教育在可持续发展问题上面临“两难”的境地:在既有市场前景,又有办学资源的前提下,农村职教反而日趋萎缩。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,既有观念的因素,也有体制的问题,还有我们对职业教育的政策和决策的失误。当前,发展农村职业教育面临三大机遇:农村城市化的推动力;农村产业结构调整和农民增收的内源性动力;“入世”的正面影响。振兴农村职业教育必须深化农村教育综合改革;构建与市场经济体制相适应的办学机制;政府要学会“弹钢琴”,加强农村职业教育的宏观管理和引导。

| Abstract: | Recently, the rural vocational education is facing dilemma. It is shrinking while it is provided withmarket and school--running resource. The problems in concept and system attribute to this shrinkage. In order to revivethe rural vocational education, we should strengthen the comprehensive reform of it; construct school--running systemadapt to the market economy; reinforce the macro--control and guide. |
